          Why International Antitrust as a Potential Career?

          On Tuesday, March 3, 2015, the ABA Section of Antitrust Law and UC Hastings presented a lunchtime panel at UC Hastings on "Why International Antitrust as a Potential Career?"

          Experienced practitioners and faculty shared their perspectives on how to get into this exciting area of the law which focuses on maintaining fair market conditions globally. Bruce Simon ’80, founding partner of Pearson Simon & Warshaw LLP, who has litigated successfully against coffee, potash and LCD screen cartels, moderated a discussion of experts. Professor Robin Feldman joined John Kakinuki of San Rafael’s Kakinuki Law Offices, Jeffrey LeVee of Jones, Day in Los Angeles and Jon Lawrence, a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.
